Depending on the destination, some packages may also include airport transfers, welcome gifts, and exclusive experiences designed to make your trip unforgettable. Yes! We offer flexible payment options to make travel more accessible. You can reserve your spot with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over time — details vary by trip and will be shared at checkout.
Life happens, and we understand. Each trip has its own cancellation policy, which will be shared before booking. We also highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
Hosted Group Trips FAQ’s
Simply browse our upcoming retreats/group trips, select the experience that speaks to you, and follow the booking link to secure your spot. You can also join our email list to be the first to know when new retreats and group trips are announced.
No, we do not provide refunds on any hosted retreat or group trip. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before your reservation is accepted to join any retreat or group trip. To protect your investment, each client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. After your initial deposit, we can arrange how your monthly payments will be paid. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email, text, or call. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservation(s) will automatically cancel.
